I like how they wash your hair in the beginning. But this one felt rushed then last time I was there. I was charged more then last time I was here. It was less effort and for mediocre work. She didn’t even tell me how much she was going to charge. I thought it would be the same as last time. No, 15 dollars more then last time and it wasn’t worth it. Won’t go there again.

Lulu provides the best haircut ever! Adk for her by name. She keeps a great conversation. She listened to what you want and cuts it ad you request. She is experienced and great at her work. I highly recommend Styles ans Smiles.

Literally went in for a simple service. All I asked for was color and THE OWNER added color without even checking if it was the right shade. kept COMPLAINING of how SHE messed up and that it looked ugly. Worst of all, she added lightener (bleach) without telling me about it, knowing my hair was pretty damaged. I watched as my hair burned off when she was blow drying it and she still lied about it.

Positive: Value10/10 for my first time experience! Michelle was my hairstylist and it was obvious they are passionate about doing hair. Since I have curly hair and wanted to switch up my look, it was very reassuring whenever Michelle would guide me through every process they’d be doing on my hair. SO happy with it right now and I’ll definitely be going back to her when I’m due for my next haircut (plus the best price for what I got)!10/10 for my first time experience! Well the highlighted hair was wonderful and the color was amazing. Lulu the owner is my styling lady. She is awesome I really recommend her to the clients. The only bad thing is that they don’t follow the hours posted on web. It’s says they open at 10am and it was 11 am and it was still close.

I love coming here!!!!! Love my hair! My coworker who by the way has beautiful hair recommended I visit michelle. My first visit I got the ombre and I loved it she did a great job, stayed very cautious of the bleach in my hair and was very friendly. Everything was done in a timely fashion and she even asked if I wanted curls or straight (unlike other places that just blow dry and style straight). I now live in San Diego and came back recently to visit family. Unfortunately michelle was on pregnancy leave and LULU the owner took me in for michelle. I went for a change and got highlights and a layered cut. I have extremely long hair and about 5 inches were damaged already. She cut only what I asked and played it safe with my layers since I explained I wasnt too comfortable cutting my hair because it was soo long. It went by so quick, they offered coffee and a magazine. She was done within 3 hours and I just LOVE LOVE LOVE MY HAIR!!! Like they say you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend these two lovely ladies and the rest of the staff I have not been to but they are very friendly.
