The one stylist gave my hair lousy color and haircut, and she was a new starter, and the owner left her alone with me. The next day, I called, and that girl answered, and she wanted me to come in so she could do it over. And I hung up, went elsewhere, and was happy.

During our visit the owner kicked me off of the nail salon table so that the nail tech can accommodate another customer, that was scheduled one hour after my scheduled appointment, which they started late! So that they wouldn’t have to inconvenience the other customer. The owner made the nail tech paint my nails on a LAUNDRY BASKET! I was a scheduled paying customer and and felt very unwelcome and unwanted and all I was looking for was a nice place to start having my nails done regularly. This is not the place to go to if you want good customer service with a friendly staff!
