Staff was a great help. I wanted to get a gift certificate for the wife and they helped ensure everything was perfect and what I wanted to do for her. I went ahead and booked an appointment and my wife loved the all around experience. The relaxing, inviting environment inside to the staff that was helpful, insightful and caring. Way overpriced because you pay for the fancy salon. I was interested in a product on display but when I asked the price the girl said she’d check but went and hid, just disappeared so I left after waiting a long time. Went there to have my daughter’s dye job fixed but it wasn’t any different when we left.

Their service is excellent but we have been here since 10:00 in the morning for a 10:30 appointment and it is now 2:00 in the afternoon and they are still not done. There was no one here when we first arrived and there has been numerous people that came in after and left before us. If you are on a time constraint, don’t go here. But other than that, they are good.
