As a last-minute customer I was a walk-in and wanted to surprise my husband when he comes home from Florida. My stylist is amazing she did everything and then some plus more. Got tons and tons of compliments so I immediately called her back to let her know what a fantastic job she did. I will be going back in 6 weeks like she recommended for highlights and extensions. This is a highly recommended place.

I have been going to this salon for several years, their prices are quite reasonable and the service is exceptional. They really know color and can style hair in any way I like it. I also love the fact that they will let me know if they think a style is not a good fit, color too for that matter. If I call at the last minute, they will do everything they can to accommodate me. They also do a great job with nails and waxing, I also love the salon’s ambience, beautiful place. Trust me, by far the best salon in Monroe County!

I will never go back to this salon. I made an appointment to get my girls haircuts (very simple) and the only reason I went there was because my stylist was not available for both of the appointments (which she is amazing by the way). I thought it couldn’t be too bad because the ratings were really good but I was wrong. The lady that cut my oldest Daughters bangs looked like she did it blindly and I have never seen her technique before and I have a lot of experience in the salon. If I had not told her to stop cutting she would have cut them off. It was so bad that she got two other stylists over to get their opinion. Save your hair and money and go somewhere else. I was not impressed with any of them, they seemed like they had little to no experience.

I forgot to ask for Heather specifically, which turned out to be a horrific mistake. She’s done my hair before and was great! I got someone else, and got the absolutely WORST haircut of my entire life, and I’ve had a few that weren’t quite what I wanted but I could live with. Hair grows back. This is the first time I’m going to have to find someone to fix this as soon as possible. There’s 3 obvious at least 4 inch apart uneven “layers” and it’s uneven otherwise as well. I wear glasses and can’t see without them, and had to remove them while she was cutting. Then she curled it all over so it hid her bad work. I wasn’t sure about it when I left and was already unhappy with how short she’d made it, but after washing it at home I was able to really see it. I’ve been in tears over it. Even putting it up it looks bad! I will never go back!

(“Hey, they want haircuts.”, one said, to which the other responded, “What?
