I called on a Monday morning around 1030 and they were able to take me at 1130. Danielle cut my hair and she was very professional and asked me questions and details about what I wanted to do with my hair. She was very sweet and took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. The place itself was very clean and organized. I definitely will be going back for my next trim and I recommend anyone to go here.

So I decided to make a big change. I’m 54 and starting to get hot flashes and really don’t feel like dealing with my long curly hair anymore. I have never in my life had short hair and I was very nervous to cut it all of . So I wanted to make sure I found the best hair stylist for the job and that’s exactly what I did. I found Styles By Us and I found Dawn. Dawn did an absolute amazing job on my hair. She took my long curly hair and gave me a short haircut with a great style and it looks amazing I absolutely love it. Plus she did my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them which made me very happy because every other place does my eyebrows how they want to do them not how I want them done. Everyone here is extremely friendly and the place is very clean. I am extremely happy with Styles By Us and my forever new hair stylist Dawn and I love that she is donating my hair for children that need it. That made me very happy. My hairdresser Dawn was fantastic from start to finish! I asked for blonde highlights on black hair that was box dyed several times…another hair salon in Laurel told me that my hair was basically unsalvageable and that I cannot get what I was hoping for. Somehow, I was convinced into getting auburn highlights that washed out in a single wash. I paid almost $200 for absolutely nothing. I decided to try Styles by Us again, even though I had to travel further to the salon. And I am SO glad I did! Dawn was attentive, listened to my concerns, and was honest about the possible outcome of my hair. Not to mention it only cost me $83 for the entire service! If you ever need a hair correction or want an expert to highlight your hair, go to Dawn.
