I really wanted to give a good rating because I liked Rachelle a lot, but my nails started lifting only after a few days and I didn’t do anything strenuous with my hands to warrant that. I expect this sort of thing from a mall nail salon, not a cosmetologist. The extra money I paid was definitely not worth it. She needs to update her glue or process or something.

She’s always on time even though I show up a couple of minutes late every time (sorry Rochelle). She is extremely consistent and reliable. She is so amazing that I drive an hour and a half just to have her cut my hair.

Been going to Rochelle for almost 20 years she specializes in color and I won’t let anyone else touch my hair I have recommended well over 50 people to her and they all have been satisfied she goes out of her way to work you in to her and your schedule so that it works for the both of you are prices are wonderful and the service is even better
