Second experience with salons in this area. Paula welcomed me with a smile and hand shake. She was funny, easy to interact with and my hair looks great. My hair color is exactly as expected, soft and she trimmed it just enough. As a bonus she gives a wealth of information on hair care and products. She did not try to get me to buy out the store, she was having conversation with me, no pressure. Thank you.
