Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBooked an appointment with the owner days prior to the scheduled appointment, the stylist (owner) waited until less than an hour before my appointment time to cancel because she “does not work early”. The appointment was scheduled for 8am on a Tuesday. As a professional, the appointment should have never been made available or she could have simply canceled the appointment once she received the booking notification. I stopped scheduling appointments with her loctician because she (the loctician at this salon) would show up late or leave in the middle of my 5 year old sons appointments to get food and handle personal matters. I scheduled my appointment with the owner thinking that she would have better work ethics but clearly her entire establishment is a reflection of her. Very poor and careless.
