Brittany was not listening. Very rushed and standoffish. Cut my waist length hair to my shoulders even though I asked to leave it long enough to braid. Layering was like a big chop too short on one side. Unbalanced cut. Went on a coupon and was charged $20 extra for or long hair after I was settled in. This was not clear in the coupon. Not a good experience.

I got a Groupon and when I went in I was charged an additional $20 for the length (which I understand). But then it was trimmed and blow dried without a deep-conditioning treatment within 25 min so it was clearly not well done. Overall, very dissapointed.
