Critical: ProfessionalismYou guys lost a customer. Called 11:02 AM this morning to make an appointment to get two French braids. A simple saw downs it takes no more than 30 minutes to do I asked if I can come now or even at about 12 they said no they said can you come later and told me to come at 4 o’clock. I walk in the salon at 3:59 AM immediately greeted with an attitude ask him to do I need. I informed the girl I have an appointment for two French braids today at four. She rudely starts telling me all this irrelevant information stating how she’s so busy and my appointment is with her sister. She then tells me her sister left, and now I’m very confused I said OK is she coming back, The girl says no.What kind of business practice is that, it’s is so disrespectful of my time and energy. I called 11 AM you guys secretly cancel my 4 o’clock appointment and don’t even think to call and text me give me update.Please note that I only came here a couple other times because it was convenient for me they don’t do a great job you have to be sure tell them to braid lightly. You guys lost a customer. Called 11:02 AM this morning to make an appointment to get two French braids. A simple saw downs it takes no more than 30 minutes to do I asked if I can come now or even at about 12 they said no they said can you come later and told me to come at 4 o’clock. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had a scheduled appointment at 9 am and they weren’t there when I arrived. I left my number with them when I scheduled but they still didn’t even call. Very unprofessional and when I called later she lied and said they said they would call if they could take me and were now booked until this afternoon. I had a scheduled appointment at 9 am and they weren’t there when I arrived. I left my number with them when I scheduled but they still didn’t even call. Very unprofessional and when I called later she lied and said they said they would call if they could take me and were now booked until this afternoon. No way was I getting my hair done by such unprofessional inconsiderate people. They missed out because I tip very well.

They are very professional and extremely nice to everybody that comes in there, they smile and greet you and they take there time with your hair and they never messed up on any hairstyle I ask them to do. I tip them everytime they do my hair cause I never been disappointed yet. And I been going to styles for over 10yrs. I absolutely love this place and I trust them with my hair.

What we go through as women, beauty is pain… but this is beyond pain. To the point where you just want to take it out of your hair and forget about all of the money you just paid. What we go through as women as color to get out hair braided is absolutely disgusting. Would I go here again? ABSOLUTELY NEVER. Help us all.If you value your edges and hair do not go here. What we go through as women, beauty is pain… but this is beyond pain. To the point where you just want to take it out of your hair and forget about all of the money you just paid. Critical: CleanlinessWent to get cornrows in my hair. I asked her not to braid my hair too tight. And of course she did the opposite and braiding my hair super tight. Starting getting bump around my edges. And it pulled some of my edges out. So ladies if you want to keep your edges, go somewhere else!!!!Service: Hair extensions
