A Bay Area native, Hoang started his career as a Hairstylist in 2015. He completed Edge’s Advance hair cutting and L’oreal color classes and further educated himself at the Vidal Sasson Academy in SF, 901 Academy, and has attended Oribe’s Atelier styling classes. Hoang’s favorite thing about doing hair is the evolving trends especially with the new generation of clients and hairdressers. I find alot of my inspo from Hairdressers that are changing the industry on IG such as @anhcotran, @lisalovesbalayage, @domdomhair and @behindthechair. shares Hoang. Hoang’s daily goal at work is to make sure that each one of his client leaves feeling confident and happy with their look and experience at his chair.

He’s handled situations where one of us needed a cut at the last minute and is also patient and kind to our little guy, who has ASD (autism spectrum disorder). Hoang started by a couple short, simple sessions to get our kid used to sitting in the chair and then progressed to full cuts with shampoos once our kid figured out that it’s actually comfortable and fun. Hoang is amazing – he really spends time perfecting your hairstyle/cut and is a perfectionist (which I appreciate). I drive 1 hr south from the city to meet with Hoang because he is the only one I trust with my hair. Definitely recommend him for a haircut.
