This was the 2nd time I went here. The first time was great. This time I went to get a perm up keep and hor my hair burned off. I have huge bald spots on the top and front of my head and my already curly hair is now almost straight and fuzz no matter what I do. She took another client while I was waiting to be rinsed and that never should have happened then her rods melted to my hair and burned it off..Now I have to get hair to put on.. horrible
