I was here last week to get highlights and a haircut from Danielle. I brought in a photo of the highlights that I wanted and she said that there was a filter on the photo. I agreed since I took it from my computer but you could still see how blonde the bottom was and how blended the color was. I said I wanted something very natural, not streaky, and bright. She proceeded to do the highlights and the haircut. I will say that at first I absolutely loved the haircut and highlights. It was not as bright as I wanted but in the past when I rinsed out the toner a brighter blonde would come through. However, after I left, and after closer inspection, she did not give me anything close to the highlights I asked for. My hair was very streaky and not natural. There were horizontal lines on the side of my head and a large chunk near the back of my head that was orange. I was very upset and called to get it fixed.

First things first, I will admit they do great work every time I come in. Other than that it’s not a very enjoyable experience. I almost feel like they look at me like I’m not as good as them, and I feel uncomfortable when talking to the stylists, its always forced conversation not calm and natural. My mom also went here. She said her stylist was very forceful and would pull her head to stay in place, she even asked her to bend down because the stylist was too short! That’s ridiculous. When I called to make an appointment for my mom the receptionist exclaimed that she had canceled “multiple times” thus they will be needing deposit ahead of time. It would be understandable if it was true, but mom only canceled once due to COVID! Im sorry but I know these people can do better, I don’t know what happened with this last visit, it usually isn’t this bad, please do better.

Laura is great!! She is great with color, balayage, cuts, & updos. I’ve been going to her for many years. The salon is Clean & bright with high ceilings, covid conscious, & the receptionist is very friendly. Highly recommend.

By far the best hair salon I’ve ever been to. All of the staff are amazing, especially Kelly. I have been going there for years and will continue to be a repeat customer! I also used to tan there and their beds are great.
