My hair was treated right, I was getting compliments on my ‘do 2 weeks later. But when it came to keeping her word on returning my money, she failed to follow-thru. On Dec 2, I made an initial payment via Zelle which did not release the funds in real-time, so I made another payment on Cashapp, which she saw appear in her account immediately after my service. Later that day Zelle released my money to her. She said, she would return it back to me. Nearly a month later, Dec 29, after a few messages and calls, I still paid double for the services. People get busy, but they also make time for what’s important to them. I have been reasonably understanding and patient, and this just isn’t right. Because my calls, messages, and money have been unreturned, I have to escalate now. I hate to do it, because she was so nice. But business is Businesstry for me.
