I have been a customer for over 2 years, had an appointment 12/18 of which I was one minute early. I was told I needed to wait 20 minutes since they had just taken a walk in. They were seriously just removing her polish! I have a limited time on my lunch break and could not wait. I did not even receive an apology for this. I called to talk to a manager to express my frustration and disappointment at the practice of bumping someone with an appointment for a walk in. They must be short staffed or greedy. They were wonderful until this debacle. I needed to choose a different salon in town after work since I needed a mani for a holiday party that evening. I will continue to get manis where I live in Lake Forest even though I will miss the convenience of this salon and supporting a business where I work and grew up. Style Nails have always been best, but since being treated so poorly and not even being offered an apology or free mani for being treated so poorly, I will not return. Go there and you won’t be disappointed, just don’t expect any loyalty in return or your appointment time to be honored!
