When this establishment opened up, I made this my barbershop. In the beginning, the shop was great. Barbers gave spectacular cuts and the customer service was very good. However, after a while, customer service started to go downhill. There would be times where I would get hung up, barbers would give a complete attitude for no reason. One time I showed at around 12 noon and I got yelled b/c I booked an appointment during their lunch break. How am I suppose to know when your lunch break is? On top of that, you should let customers know of that so that they can book for another time or day. They cut hair very well but their customer service is extremely poor which leads people to avoid coming here and even telling their friends. All in all, everyone has a different experience. A hit or miss if you ask me.

Orlando is the best barber in westchester. He treats each of his clients like they entered his home when they get in the chair . He knows how to cut every style of hair and I have loose curls. But my friends who have tighter curls he does really well and well as my strait haired friends. I wouldn’t let someone else touch my hair just cause Ino when Orlando does it he fully engages with his craft and doesn’t clown around the way others shops do. If you end up reading this please check out my man Orlando in styles society he’s the best barber in that shop thanks guys. Also try the black mask facial it’s relaxing .

One of the best experiences I had at a barber shop! As soon as you walk in you feel like you are part of a community. They offer exceptional service and everyone is so friendly. Erick cut my hair and I was impressed by how much time and care he put in to the haircut. The Style Society is worth a visit!

Was hung up on first time calling .. You’ll get a great haircut !!!! after 3 hours (appointment or not ) and watching them eat lunch and or ,taking over valued customers in front you I’m a big practice what you preach person !! “Some people are ABSOLUTE HYPOCRITES ruins it for a “ Team” setting !! Starting coming here when it first opened , the environment was great. Customer service was amazing & the owner Joseph WAS nice and professional. However I was supposed to get my haircut by my barber Orlando but he wasn’t there today and neither was Chris (Great barbers btw) I chose Joseph since he was available i show up to the appointment on time and everything then he decides to tell me “you come here” and proceeded to take me outside and tell me “I can’t cut your hair I don’t why you booked me” and I asked “did I do something wrong?” And he said “Not really but you just give me weird vibes and you never show love like other people your age” that was extremely unprofessional on his part especially since I always tip and say thank you after every haircut he gave me and I’ve been going here since it opened literally on the first day he lost one customer plus 5 more customers I brung since I told everyone I knew that this was “the spot for best haircuts in new ro”

Absolutely amazing experience, they gained a new long term customer today. Joseph was very professional and was thorough with not just the awesome cut, but the whole experience… everything from the hot towels, shampoo, and beard trim. I walked out feeling refreshed and looking great.
