Critical: QualityMy mom went in today for a basic bob haircut. Before the haircut, she explicitly stated she wanted collar bone length. When the stylist cut her hair, she cut it chin length. When my mom told her that wasn’t what she wanted, the stylist remarked that at least it was hair & it would grow. So in like maybe 2 years, it’ll be grown out to the actual length she requested. So pretty much deal with it. Doesn’t matter what the customer asks for or wants or the fact that she paid for that service, the stylist did whatever she chose. She also left long hair tags in the haircut. Sloppy work.So if you want a cut that looks like a beauty school dropout did it, go there.
