This salon is adorable and was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at up until how they treated me on my wedding day. Because of some miscommunication of timing, I was told (very rudely), that my bridesmaids and I needed to be out of the salon in 10 minutes. None of us even had our dresses on and there was about 2 hours until we were supposed to leave. I was under the impression that we were able to use the salon to get changed into our dresses and take pictures until our party bus picked us up and brought us to the church. There was nothing I could do about the ride situation – you’d think they would be understanding about this. This all would have been totally fine and I would have understood if they would have kindly told us that there were 2 customers coming in for haircuts and that if we could please move our things to a corner or back room, that would be great. There was a male customer who came in for a haircut and could have cared less that there was a bridal party since there is a separate waiting room than the hair styling area. The other customer was a woman who was thrilled to see us all in our dresses and then proceeded to go to the other room to get her hair done where none of us were. The girls who were working that day were extremely rude and did not make me feel better at all about the situation, instead made it very uncomfortable and made me not want to be there. The only ride we had was the party bus that was coming – we did not have any cars at the salon. There are certain pictures that our photographer didn’t get because of how unwanted and unwelcome we felt – there were never words of comfort or even smiles, just glares. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. An extremely unnecessary stress on my wedding day. I wrote a letter to the owner with my phone number to give her a chance to chat with me about it but I was never contacted. This happened on July 16th, 2022 and I still can’t believe how they treated us. I would never want any other bride to ever have this experience on their wedding day.

I had not had my hair done in 10 months it did need TLC, the hair stylist referred to my hair as gross more than a few times within my 2 hour appointment, which is unprofessional. I had not had my hair done in 10 months it did need TLC, the hair stylist referred to my hair as gross more than a few times within my 2 hour appointment, which is unprofessional. My haircut was average at best. She styled it with absolutely no product but some very weak hairspray at the end. I have very fine thin hair. It was flat in 5 minutes. No nice head massage during the shampoo either. Too pricey for very little.
