I called this salon last week to make a last minute appointment because the salon I usually go to was closed. I feel bad that I don’t remember the name of the lady who spoke with me, but she was really kind and booked my appointment for that day. I know this can’t always happen, but I was glad they were able to accommodate me. I came in for a wash, blow dry, and style (I asked for my hair to be corn rowed in a beehive). When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and my stylist was ready to start my hair. I have natural, 4c hair and it’s very long. My stylist thoroughly washed and conditioned my hair. She parted it correctly when she was blow drying and styling it, and I didn’t feel like she was ripping my hair out. I would say I was in there for no more than 2 hours. They also sell this really nice oil that does wonders for dry/damaged hair. I’ve been using it and I love it! I’m definitely coming back to this salon! It was beautiful, clean, the staff were friendly, and they do a great job. I highly recommend!

I have been a customer at style plus for a while. My experience has gotten better and better. I like to change my hair up and it is not always easy to find a style since I have Locs. However they have been so adventurous that I have had crocheted, single braids and all while maintaining my locks underneath. If you want a comfortable personal experience that is just for you I would recommend Syle Plus. My stylist Diane under the guidance of Favour the shops owner always confirm that I will be so excited when I leave with a new look and and a bright smile

Highest quality customer service, products, cleanliness, and stylists. Absolutely blown away by this phenomenal salon experience and the great prices. Went in for a cut and color with the owner, Ms. Favor, and got the Royal treatment. Her expertise and professionalism is next level. The salon is clean, welcoming, and bright. Very happy that they are enforcing all covid-19 protocols (masks, social distancing, temperature taken at check-in). This is my new spot!

The people who work here are the most professional I have encountered in all my years of going to braiding salons. The environment is always clean and relaxed. But most importantly, they know how to take care of hair. My hair has gotten so much healthier since I started coming here for the past two years (Thanks Favour and Fati!). I have told all my coworkers about this place, that’s how great it is. This place is truly a hidden gem.

How the health department has not shut down this salon is beyond a miracle! Style plus salon is simply AWFUL in every aspect. You name it from SAFETY issues to UNAUTHORIZED credit charges to RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL staff mainly from the owner herself! Sad to say, there are many customers that are still suffering to this day from scalp injuries and major hair loss issues due to the carelessness and lack of skills from this horrific salon. If you choose to use this salon just PLEASE use with CAUTION!

I went there on Wednesday to get some small braids and I specifically showed the braider(Mariam) what I wanted, not only did she not have the correct length which was short but she also proceeded to ignore me when I told her that he parts were too big. Mariam is absolutely the worst braider I’ve ever had. I am frustrated that I didn’t get my money’s worth as she made the parts bigger since she was lazy! I am extremely disappointed by the service this salon has ♀️
