Stylist are great but very unprofessional when it comes to timing and reimbursement for your inconvenience , if my appointment is at 3 I shouldn’t be starting at 4:30 . one day I waited 3hrs the girl asked me if I wanted to come back like it was normal , no type of consideration for my inconvenience this is y so many black owned businesses fail . They do good hair just need to get there appointments together.
