Critical: QualityI usually do not write reviews, but I decided to try this new nail place instead of my normal place and it was a big mistake. I paid over $100 for black acrylic nails, and a deluxe pedicure. That might not seem like a lot to some, but unfortunately my nails are super uneven, some are thicker than others, there are bubbles in the gel, inconsistent painting, and my actual nail beds and fingers are in pain still a day later. I made the nail tech aware of the uneven parts, but they werent being fixed properly and after being there for quite some time, I just agreed that it was fine so i could leave. I still tipped despite all the problems, and the nail tech did not even say thank you. In fact, she seemed annoyed with me for having to tell her the work was not even. I am in no way a “Karen” and I understand that sometimes nails arent going to be perfect because human beings are not always perfect, but I truly feel mislead by the great rating on Google, and will not be returning. I usually do not write reviews, but I decided to try this new nail place instead of my normal place and it was a big mistake. I paid over $100 for black acrylic nails, and a deluxe pedicure. This place is clutch! Very professional n I highly recommend it. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and dispute them being busy and me not having an appt I didn’t have to wait at all. My nails came out great and they were more then reasonable when it came to the price because they could’ve charged me a lot more then what I was told to pay. #5stars

i went to this place approximately five days ago and had one of the worst experiences ive ever had. i dont get my nails done often as im not super girly but i wanted them done for valentines day with a J on two fingers for my bfs initial. the boss shaped and glued the nails on, a few of which look lopsided. i made her aware that i had sensitive skin on one of my fingers and she completely tore up the top part of my finger which caused me to have a flare up of eczema which is extremely hard to manage for me. she semt me to someone else to have my nails painted amd i feel bad because she seemed new but the color was obviously opaque when it was finished meaning some spots were obviously lighter than others amd the J on both hands is so messed up i cant believe it, its hard to believe ppl at this place have done more intricate designs than a LETTER. she did it upside down after i told her what way i wanted it and it looks like a third grader drew on my nail w sharpie. my advice? save the $60 and go somewhere else.

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I showed the lady a picture of the French manicure I wanted and she cut my nails to the length of my fingertips…but I said I wanted it medium length. She also proceeded to do a thin line of white when i directly told and corrected her work saying I wanted more. They did not help me what so ever and they are SO EXPENSIVE for no reason. Not worth their terrible nail job any way. Please save your money and time.

I went in with 2 designs in mind. 1 I assumed they wouldn’t do and the other easier. They said they didn’t have the stickers I needed to which I asked could they hand paint some small flowers, to which I was told no. So then I asked to see their stickers and the technician told me to look online. After getting my nails painted she then asked did I want to see her stickers. No. I paid and got out. They also butchered my cuticles.
