Went for a long over due polish change. I guess the have developed color blindness. Can anyone else see the difference. Had to walk out bare footed was not offered the foam sandals. Customer service could be improved i won’t return.

I have been going here for over 2 years now and I really love it. They always try very hard to please their clientele. Kelly always has fun stories and really makes an effort to engage clients. The prices are very reasonable and their work is quality.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i was the first in the salon and half way through my experience another person came in, mind you there’s two people working. one of the ladies wasn’t busy but my nail guy got up and started doing another ladies nails. but that’s not the worst part, he painted my nails for prom and left excess polish all over my nails and let me walk out with chipped, gross, 5 year old painting nails. i can’t belive i paid $30 for such a disgrace. also outside on their door it says they close at 7:30 so i was coming back to get them fixed and hopefully my money back but they were closed. literally 30 minutes after we left. I left at 6. and so i checked their website and it says 7 there so they either closed 30 minutes early or an hour early. Terrible service. Terrible nails. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been in there once they never acknowledge me I stood there for 10 mins so I left. Then a friend of mine recommended someone from there and I just called and who ever answered the phone was very rude. I guess I will go somewhere else.
