Worst experience of my life not only for myself who left with scabs but my best friend (who also left with a bleeding head) after paying over $400/each for our hair we were forgot about in the chair multiple times & pushed off to other stylist every appointment bc Tris was “overbooked” & booking her clients too close together. Not an issue for us but when we left with scabs on our head from being left in bleach too long we knew there was an issue when addressing it to Tris she told us how she could no longer fulfill our Hair duties and handle the situation with her full attention then blocked us.

Sarah is my stylist and I have been going to her for more than a year now. She is very fun and friendly and will always go out of her way to make sure that she gets you worked into her schedule. She has given me both of my favorite haircuts that I have ever had and has recently dyed my hair a shade of red that I get compliments on everywhere I go. You are wasting your money if you let anyone else touch your locks 🙂

I purchased through Groupon, and called to make appointment only to be RUDELY greeted, spoke to, and ultimately turned down with no reason given, other than MELISSA McCOLLUM told me to “get a refund”. No comment about service, but if this lack of professionalism is any indicator, I’d stay away.
