Positive: QualityFIRST AND LAST TIME!I went on before New Year’s day, I asked Courtney for highlights. I could tell she was alone and in a rush for a next appointment. It’s been 2 months and just a few weeks after I noticed my hair back to normal. I could see my roots with some white hair and brassy looking just as it was before. During that time I smelled no chemical and she didn’t let set in. I dont know what she used or didn’t used but I believed in her and thought she knew what she was doing. Apparently nothing. I paid $145 to look the same. I hesitated to make this review but well deserved. I’m upset and disappointed of believing others reviews. I’m mad at myself for not going back to tell her. $145 down the sink. How can people take advantage of others and take their money misleading them. Never again.
