Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI actually followed Michelle to this salon. I was VERY happy to see she was in a beautiful place for her exceptional skills. My son has autism and everyone was very nice and accommodating for him. Michelle has a very calming and gentle technique that special needs children enjoy. We will be life long customers! I actually followed Michelle to this salon. I was VERY happy to see she was in a beautiful place for her exceptional skills. My son has autism and everyone was very nice and accommodating for him. Michelle has a very calming and gentle technique that special needs children enjoy. We will be life long customers! I also felt extremely comfortable and welcome while I was there because there were people of all shapes, sizes, and colors and everyone was treated EXACTLY the same!

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in recently to get a hair cut. The younger woman who cut my hair made small talk, it relaxed me and made me feel comfortable as i hate silence. We were discussing my place of work and i had made a small comment about a girl i saw there once. The comment had to do with the girl only wearing a sports bra, which i said i understood as its hot outside. The stylist then said to me “And people wonder why they get [s*xually assaulted]”. When i didnt laugh she said “Well am i wrong?” and i replied “Yes.” As a victim of SA, i felt extremely disrespected and infuriated. I went in recently to get a hair cut. The younger woman who cut my hair made small talk, it relaxed me and made me feel comfortable as i hate silence. We were discussing my place of work and i had made a small comment about a girl i saw there once.
