Called Nellie in am – she said price of haircut was $15 – made appointment – went in – she washed hair, I had pictures of what I wanted – she didn’t pay attention to them (One side of my hair was completely ignored – I had to come home and fix it and also bangs)- after haircut ,she didn’t ask me if I wanted hair blown dried – just did it. Finally, she didn’t tell me she was finished with me – didn’t say a word – she just grapped the wrap around me – threw it down and walked away – she acted like I was invisible – she didn’t offer to take my money – would not talk to me – completely ignored me – she was in the back of the salon – I said “so that is $15” – (she yelled at me -very rudely “It’s $30 with blow dry – I told you that over phone” ) She NEVER told me it was $30 with blow dry – I thought it was $15 for haircut – never asked for blow dry – didn’t need it – I was going home. I came into her salon because she had told me it was $15 for haircut. I finally laid the money down and walked out. I will not be back.
