She said it was some new girl named liz or lisa and how she did some pressure points on her hands and feet, how her feet are so smooth and her nail polish is still on. Carmen the owner was very sweet and friendly :)The salon is very clean and relaxing, following all protocols for Covid. I get my hair blow outs almost on a weekly basis and have had the Olaplex treatments done here as well. Mabby is very thorough and doesn’t take short cuts when she does the Olaplex treatments. Critical: ProfessionalismI don’t normally write reviews but i feel like I should share my experience with this place . Let me start off by saying this establishment is extremely over priced I came in for dip & reg pedi and paid almost 100$. I chose 1 color for my hands and toes and when applied it was 2 different shades when I expressed my concern I was told that the finish results would be the same IT WAS NOT and was very disappointing specially due to the amount I paid for the services. I was told they could add a different shade in gel to give it more color I politely declined because I had already been there for 2 plus hours & the lady who seemed to be the owner was rude about the situation and made it comment to the front about how some people are “ sticklers” when I requested at least receive a discount for the service . I don’t know about you but if you went to get your nails done for that amount of money i would expect you receive the color you chose ( I was given a 10% discount -.-) . When i asked the price to wax my eyebrows I was told it cost 30$ and I was shocked 30$ to wax eyebrows!!! Needless to say I declined the services as well . Let me start off by saying this establishment is extremely over priced I came in for dip & reg pedi and paid almost 100$.
