My stylist spent less than 10 minutes with me (I was the only one in the store), and my hair barely looked as if I got a trim. I basically got my bangs trimmed ( which I could have done myself). When I told her that I didn’t think it looked any different, she basically argued with me about how much she did. She begrudgingly offered to cut more, but by then I was afraid she would butcher my hair out of spite. I think I’ve finally figured out that when it comes to a hair stylist, you get what you pay for. Of course, in this case, I used a coupon and still feel like I overpaid for what I got.

So it’s 2:25 pm, I got here at 1:40 pm the salon opened at 12 pm. The door is locked, sticky note on the door says be back in 15 minutes. I went to Kroger grabbed a snack and a drink… Come back still closed. This company is paying someone not to work. Yes I’ve called customer service. I’m not happy.
