Critical: QualityI feel very disappointing because I did my hair weeks and hair is coming out that I just put extensions in it was done very thin and my boyfriend said leave it try something different but when I realize I can’t catch my hair of the way how are used to because I don’t have any here to brush up from the back and not only that I have treads coming out I normally when I go somewhere to get my hair done it will last me for three months because this Hair Salon was close to me I choose to go there Only to be disappointed because after month I’m gonna have to take my hair out after I paying 150 for it. it’s not that I don’t have enough hair I brought enough here because that’s the hair my boyfriend took out for me that my next hair salon use and it was very full very thick so I was surprise That my hair was so thin that I can’t do nothing with it so basically my $150 went down The drain then if I want to get the extension put with it I’m going to be $20 a track to add it in when it was supposed to be added in from the beginning. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI really want to give 0 stars. This doesn’t seem like a good hair saIon to go to. I scheduled an appointment with a beautician that worked there. It was scheduled for today at 12:00 pm. I arrived 10 minutes prior and she didn’t show up. I waited over an hour for her. I called her 3 times, the first 2 she didn’t answer. On the 3rd call she answers. I said, “Hi Kaydean, I’m here at the salon waiting for you. I’ve been waiting for over an hour.” She tried to cover herself by making an excuse and said, “Oh! I had an emergency today. I’m not coming in.” I hung up on her fast, quick, and a hurry. She was very unprofessional. That is bad business. You do business like that, especially when you’re dealing with a NEW client. New clients/customers look for professionalism. Even someone with a GNATS of a BRAIN would know to contact their new client the morning of to cancel and/or reschedule instead of wasting the client’s time. You don’t waste my time like that. I really want to give 0 stars. This doesn’t seem like a good hair saIon to go to. I scheduled an appointment with a beautician that worked there. It was scheduled for today at 12:00 pm. I arrived 10 minutes prior and she didn’t show up. I waited over an hour for her. I called her 3 times, the first 2 she didn’t answer. On the 3rd call she answers. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been serviced by the owner on three separate occasions not only is she good she’s Fair and she genuinely cares about her clients! Critical: ProfessionalismI came here on Wednesday august 11th at 12:00pm I walked in nobody greeted me I was standing around for about 5 min before someone asked how could they help me . Had no soap at the hand wash station and does no take debit in 2021 .
