Do not believe this salon’s advertised prices on their online appointments. I made an appointment for services that said they were $90 but Regina charged me over $150 after she completed the services. She did not inform me the price would be different than what I signed up for or discuss price with me prior to doing the services. I assumed the prices would be what was listed on the appointment I made. When I explained that is not the price I was told she said she couldn’t do the services for a lower price. Is this Bait and Switch or just false advertising?

I was traveling here from out of state and before I left I went darker with my hair, it turned out awful. Black/green hues when I’ve always been pretty blonde. Cha cha did an amazing job Correcting the color and providing a treatment to help with all of the processing. Incredibly happy with the color and feel of my hair, it saved my vacation!
