They want them to look, but more importantly, feel their best. They both spend ample time asking and answering questions, and educating their clients so they not only get the best cut, color, etc , but feel confident they can maintain the style themselves. When I first came to Susan, it was 2 months ago. My hair was in an awful state! It was thin, breaking, dry and damaged, and I had just burnt part of it off with a hair dryer who’s heating element had gone out while I was drying my hair. I did not think my hair would ever look good again! She spent a lot of time talking with me before doing anything and discussing what she thought needed to be done to correct it. She was very clear and thorough, but at the same time very empathetic and caring. Two months later, my hair looks like a different head of hair! It is getting thicker, it is smoother and shinier, it is bouncier, and I have never had color last this long…. And it is red, which usually is infamous for washing out quicker than other colors! Today, I got some lowlights, highlights, and base color, as well as a trim. My hair is gorgeous! You can see all the beautiful colors running through it! At my appointment, I discussed with her that I was having a concern about breakouts at the base of my neck that happened immediately after I shampooed my hair and that I had tried several different shampoos with the same result. She advised me on a shampoo I thought she had in the salon that she thought would help me. I will definitely be going back! Susan has the perfect combination of professionalism, skill, and personability. I would highly recommend her.
