No one ever answers the phone when I call to make an appointment. I assume the ladies are busy which is fine, so I leave a message with my contact information. This has been going on for about a month now. They need to hire someone to answer phones and retirm calls before they lose morce customers! I have left numerous messages as I wanted to make appointments for my mother and I, yet no one ever calls me back! I have also heard this from a couple other women in my neighborhood who were trying to make appointments for themselves, spouse or kids (no calls were returned). So, this review is on their behalf as well. Anyways, I loved it here but unfortunately, we all found a new place. We couldn’t wait around anymore trying to get through to someone to make an appointment. Otherwise, it’s a good place.
