Worst experience of my life. Don’t go. I’ve never left a review in my life, bad, good or different. Most all the positive reviews are for stylist no longer at this salon. Owner completely ruined my hair with both cut and color. She did give my money back, but fixing it was beyond her abilities. NEVER have I been so disappointed. Asked for my natural brunette hair with burgundy accents and also adamantly expressed NO BLEACH (I had waited and grew out a bleach highlight job for 3 years and she was told this). When I confronted her about the fact that she DID use bleach, she stated, “Yes I used bleach, but I put oil in it. And you asked for carmel, too”. Well no, she suggested it and I’m not a stylist and wouldn’t know that would require bleaching. I should have been told this and given the opportunity to say NO. I asked if she would at least take me back to my brunette and fix the cut. Her answer: ” No, I can’t make you happy and I’m not spending another 3 hours to fix it. I also didn’t charge you what I normally charge because I knew you weren’t happy.” So, she knew and thankfully she let me know she is not capable of making it right and I need to find someone that is. There is clearly no brunette and burgundy here. So sad, I just wanted it fixed…no reviews, no bad feelings…just fixed

I don’t know where to even begin… Sadie is AMAZING. She is great at what she does and it’s always a wonderful conversation! I hadn’t seen Sadie in months and she still remembered everything I’ve ever told her! She has cut my hair, styled my hair, colored my hair, bleached my hair, etc etc etc. I’m telling you… She’s the best! I’ll add a few photos of the blonde, the styled and the new pixie I just got!

I love Mel, she is so friendly, quick, & efficient. She always does a wonderful job on my hair and is so sweet and kind! Highly recommend her! And the salon itself is cozy and beautiful. Love going there to treat myself!
