Critical: ProfessionalismReally disappointed I scheduled 3 appointments first one starting at 10 made it there at 10:30 yes I understand I was late and understand the policy but how dare you charge me for all 3 of my appointments and then with a smile on your face still tell me you have time to cut my hair spent over $220 for 3 cuts WITH tips included!! Straight robbery!! I liked this place sometimes waited the time necessary over 30 to 45min to my schedule time to get a cut knowing they are trying there best to get the job done never asked for a discount or made a complaint NO I was understanding but this really a shame that this business has to go this level to make money and still they tell me that this and that barber is missing out on money??
