Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI received the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Not only did they get me in same day, but the service quality was outstanding. I’m embarrassed to say I don’t know the woman’s name who did my pedicure, BUT her attention to detail was very appreciated & didn’t go unnoticed. I will absolutely return.Note that there is a 3% charge on credit cards (which I think should be told to the customer when booking an appointment). I received the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Not only did they get me in same day, but the service quality was outstanding. I’m embarrassed to say I don’t know the woman’s name who did my pedicure, BUT her attention to detail was very appreciated & didn’t go unnoticed. I will absolutely return.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueProviding this review after an attempt to provide direct feedback on my experience to this salon and finding a lack of acknowledgement and level of accountability for some elements of dissatisfactory service.I will start by saying that the two stars are provided for the kindness of the stylists and receptionist and the skill of some of the stylists. The experience fell short in several ways and so sharing here so that others may not face the same experience on their wedding day.In short:- make sure you pay attention to the 3% credit card fee, which can add up quickly if you have a large bridal party- be clear about the agreement of junior and senior stylists (this changed on the day of and I was not notified)- be careful about times of appointments. I worked with the salon from May to August with a timeline they provided and at the last moment – day before- they changed the start time and did not properly flag the change for me – would have expected that they call by phone or write clearly in an email that the time was changed so that I could correct the information I had already printed for my bridal party in advance (I had a lot going on the day before the wedding to notice or try to correct this error) – as a result the blame for 3 poorly executed styles (including my own, which they said they would prioritize and I even provided a more simple style – small braid and curls- for my stylist to do) was placed entirely on me and when I pointed out they changed the time without properly notifying me, they again failed to acknowledge that this was an issue. The 3 styles were frizzy, failing out, and outdated. Would also like to note that one person in the bridal party couldn’t make her appointment (I still paid full price for the service because it was in the 24 hours before service and I agreed it was fair that I pay), but that did provide some time for the salon to bridge some of the time gap as well. In the end, I re-did 2 styles and a friend redid mine for the wedding.I would not recommend this salon for event hair as it turned out to be a disappointing experience and any business that is unwilling to acknowledge where they could have done better, I can’t get behind.Note, I never asked for a refund off the total price, but hoped for acknowledgement of dissatisfactory service.Providing this review after an attempt to provide direct feedback on my experience to this salon and finding a lack of acknowledgement and level of accountability for some elements of dissatisfactory service. …More
