The staff here (Meesun and Belinda) are super friendly, attentive and great at listening to your needs and what you’re wanting to achieve. I recently had my brows done by Alicia and couldn’t be happier. I came in for lamination, tint and wax. Alicia was super informative and walked me through each step (at my request, since I was new to the lamination service and was genuinely interested). I really appreciated how cautious she was with it, given that it was the first time and she didn’t want to over process them. The tint and wax were both perfect. I couldn’t believe how well my brows framed my face and will definitely incorporate Alicia into my normal beauty regiment. I sometimes feel awkward or nervous giving my opinion or pushing back when I get a service done, but Alicia was so gentle and considerate – she listened to every concern and confirmed before taking any steps, which I really appreciated.
