Critical: Quality, ValueDecided to take my daughter out for a girl’s day to get her hair cut. With the pandemic we’ve been pretty isolated for the past year.Although her haircut came out fine I guess and we did use a Groupon to purchase it I still expect the quality of care to be as if we didn’t. I think I was taking a little long in the chair and she ended my haircut by saying she had no more time. Never asked me to put my head down to my chest to get underneath my hair and when I contacted her three days later or so telling her that my colleagues and friends were explaining that my hair wasn’t even she did not seem to care. She then replied that she needed to check her schedule because she was using covid hours to go ahead and give me a fix up cut I am still waiting for her to check her schedule 7 days later. I decided after that for customer service response to go to Douglas j and Royal Oak to have them fix my cut it looks stellar and I am super happy with what I have. Most importantly it’s even. I will never go to this place again and I would suggest you stay away as well. It’s terrible because I like supporting local businesses in my area but this one won’t see me again. I was hoping that the owner would at least offer to return my money for my cut but once again today marks the 7-day mark of me telling her I was unhappy with no further correspondence from her. I actually had students help my uneven cut at Douglas j take pictures of it so that I had proof never again.
