I came into the shop and there was one woman in there. I explained to her I grow my hair to donate and just wanted a wash trim style. So far I have 3 years of growth and was going to do another year. I ask that she put a LITTLE bit of layering maybe an inch or 2 of layering. When she gets done I go out to my car and look. She took SIX INCHES of layering to my hair removing a years worth of growth. I am so mad I’ve been crying since and been keeping my hair in a ponytail it upsets me every time I look at it down. Now I have to start over a year and can’t bring myself to get it fixed and just take out the layering making it all one length as I should have asked from the start. She said she’d been doing hair for 26 years so figured she knew what she was doing. Never again will I go there.

I showed a picture of what type of haircut I wanted and got nothing like it. In fact she cut my hair so short I can’t style it. My husband was in there getting his hair cut too. When we walked out his hair was longer than my hair.
