Went to the salon on 911 Baldwin in Lapeer. I was totally ripped off by the owner. I went in for hair coloring after we spoke on the phone. I was given a price and after the coloring was done I was charged $30 more for a $75 total. I also specifically told her I didn’t want stripes in my hair 3 times. What did I end up with. STRIPED HAIR. She did what she wanted then ripped me off. Still bitter.
