I’d give zero with these RUDE STAFF. I’m not sure if the own has changed or what but I came in for a full set of acrylics. They didn’t properly clean the polish I had so when I asked if he was gonna clean any at all(cuticles and all), he asked back with the you want to clean your cuticles? And then he snaps on each finger after he cut the cuticles. My skins are glued together and inside of my nails are got mess. Missing acrylics on each fingers and with this rude and poor serve they are charging $50. Never coming back here.

It was my first time here and it was absolutely AMAZING! Good service and the guy at the front desk was so nice and kind! Funny too! I know for starters it’ll be nervous going to a nail place you’ve never gone too but THIS PLACE is a MUST! I even tipped my nail tech! I think his name was Brian? They would offer you a drink a chips, there was a tv you could watch so you wouldn’t get bored. I love this place! 100000/10 recommend!

I’m sorry but I don’t want someone else to have an experience like this. IVE never left a review before but I’m truly trying to look out for others. I’ve been coming here for a year now & since they changed the owners, it’s been nothing but mistake after mistake. I took off my nails because they were causing some irritation and when I took them off, my finger nails looked like this. Idk if they are not cleaning or following hygiene protocol but please be careful!

I should’ve leave when I realized the guy that usually do my nails wasn’t there, the owner did my filling and the polish was too thick so I told her I didn’t like it and she got upset and told me I pick the color and she’s not redoing the polish, no customer service whatsoever. This is how I left with my nails and she charged $30 Acrylic nails

In the past I have had great experiences. Lately I’ve been treated with great rudeness. The man who did my nails was angry, aggressive, and just disdainful. He even yanked my hand multiple times. My nails look horrible. I even tipped. I feel foolish for giving them my business.. The quality in this shop was perfection at one point. Looking for a new nail shop.

I would give this 0 stars if I could I was not aware of new ownership and you can really see the decline. They don’t converse with you and blatantly talk about you without trying to even hide it. The tech who did my nails did a good job nail wise but overall I didn’t enjoy my experience whatsoever. The gentleman at the front and some other lady that seemed to be running the place couldn’t be bothered checking us out and acted like it was chore. If you need something done quick and don’t want to be bothered with people this is for you if not keep looking.

Last couple times I went I had a good experience, so I decided to go again. Usually i call ahead before I walk in to see how long the wait is, if there is one and the lady said there wasn’t but I was sitting in the chair with the water running somewhat warm, for a pedicure for 15-20 min before someone came to take care of me. The massage chair had a broken screen and not all the buttons were working properly. They were out of a couple gel colors I wanted.
