today i made an appointment to get acrylic nails. a young man did them and they didn’t turn out how i wanted them to. he did a mediocre job at making a nail shape. Sure, from the top they look okay, but from the side you can see it’s bulky and badly filed. only some nails look like their protruding upwards while others are straight. And he didn’t file the ends down enough so from the side view it looks terrible.

I absolutely love this nail salon! They have amazing customer service, the girls there are super nice. Lily and Yvonne are amazing! I’m a regular and go with my mom every 2 weeks. My mom loves Lynn and Holly’s massages. 100% recommend !!! ☺️

VERY RACIST PLACE! I CALLED AND ASKED TO GRT ONE OF MY NAIL REPAIRED AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT I CAN COME BECAUSE THEY WASN’T PACKED. WHEN I GOT THEY THEY SAID “OH WE DON’T HAVE YOUR COLOR (BEFORE EVEN SEEING MY NAILS) THEN I TOLD THEM IT CAN BE ANY COLOR, THEN THEY STARTED TALKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE AND TOLD ME TO SIT DOWN. AFTER I SAT DOWN, ONE OF RHE WORKERS TOLD ME (OH SHE CAN’T DO YOUR NAIL BECAUSE SHE DON’T HAVE MY NAIL STYLE. THEN I ASKED CAN I SEE THE NAIL,” AND SHE SAID, WE CANT DO YOUR NAIL!! I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW RACIST THEY ACTED TOWARDS ME!!

This place is nice but expensive. I went it for a regular pedicure but the lady pushed for a gel pedicure so I said yes. I noticed once I told her yes to the gel pedicure she started doing a better job fixing my nails and put more effort. She made zero small talk and has no customer service. I went in on 7/31 & I’m 3 days out my gel nails are chipping or she didn’t paint them correctly. They look very streaky which is irritating. I seen her struggling to paint my nails since the nail polishes look either dry or empty. She was scrapping the bottle to get the color out. They charged me $32 for a bad job. I probably won’t be returning. It’s very clean and they sanitize everything but unfortunately for $32 and chipped nails 3 days later it’s not worth the money to me.
