I had the WORST experience there on Dec 28th, 2022. I’m visiting from Kansas for Christmas and I couldn’t get my nails done before I came out so I decided to go while I was here. I used to go to this salon a few years ago but this experience was not like it used to be. My nails were done by Mason, and it was terrible. He took my old set off without looking at them, then proceeded to talk poorly about how my nails were done before even though it was a great set just a little grown out. Then he started talking about politics which I expressed I was not interested in, and ended up saying some really offensive things. All of his talking was causing him to work extremely slowly and he was using an electric drill on my natural nail with a really heavy hand. He drilled so much on my nails that you could see how thin the nails had gotten and it was hurting a lot. He made the nails on one hand longer than all the nails on the other hand. Then when he started to apply the acrylic, it seemed like it was his first time working with powder acrylic. He was applying a ton of runny acrylic to my nails to the point that it was dripping off and he couldn’t control it. He made the nails super chunky so then he had to drill a ton more. When I left, I had been there for 2 hours, my nails hurt a ton and multiple fingers were bleeding. I would never recommend this salon & specifically Mason.

I’ll start off by saying the people that work there are very sweet and they did a good job on my toenails. However, I got acrylic nails, this is only the second time I’ve ever gotten them done so I don’t know much, much these weren’t great. I’m honestly pretty disappointed. The nails are lumpy and really think. They aren’t on straight and the ends aren’t filed straight either. I wanted them longer, I told the guy that I liked the length but then he cut them shorter. My cuticles are very sore to, I don’t know if that’s normal, but they didn’t hurt this much last time.

First time there was great. I recommend only using the female owner, the Male owner does not do a great job. I came in with nice, long nails, in the shape I always get. Today he broke two of my nails, which forced me to go shorter, then he ignored the color combo I asked for. Once I noticed, I pointed it out, he kept working. I pointed it out again and he apologized but stated that he thinks his idea looks better anyway. Then instead of saying he doesnt know how to give me the same almond shape I came in with, he butchered my nails making them extra short (for me). I’ll include a picture of when the female did it for comparison. Red is her, blue is him.

I have been coming to this salon regularly for the past two years. The staff is kind, friendly & very accommodating. My daughters & I really look forward to our visits here. The atmosphere is relaxing & peaceful. A nice mini getaway! The best foot massages in town. My feet look & feel amazing when I leave. Highly recommend!

Tried this place on a whim, no recommendations. We will definitely be back! Best foot massage I’ve EVER had, and very friendly staff. Did not feel rushed at all, awesome massage chairs. Good selection of polish, no negatives for my first experience. Hopefully the next will be as good!

I have been here twice. Not a very friendly nail salon which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I came a second time to give them another opportunity. The salon had only one other customer on my second visit and she was already being attended to. The male and other female there were not friendly when I walked in and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I came here for the first and last time. I always get powder of some sort wheather it’s dip or acrylic so I know how it’s supposed to be done. I previously had purple dip on and came to try this place out for a refill. When I picked my color (a bright pink) they said they couldn’t do it because of the purple on them (which isn’t true, it can be done it just takes more time to sand the previous color off which I know from experience) so they proceeded to tell me it would have to be a shellac color. So I said fine and let them do it. When they were done I paid and left. I didn’t want to be there any longer. When I got home I continued to look at my nails only to realize how terrible they looked. They were so bumpy, not smooth at all. I was so unhappy and I didn’t know what to do. I went back and got them to redo them. They are alright now, not what I’m used to. I’ll never come back to this place.
