Received a gift card last year for my birthday. They could not fit me in when I tried to use it numerous times. Tried to make appointment today for a birthday pedicure and my gift card expired yesterday. They would not honor it. Beware their gift cards expire. Very disappointed as well as mad at myself. Money down the drain. Will go elsewhere.

I have been getting my nails done here for awhile. They do a great job and I’m always pleased. They are not super accommodating if you don’t have a reservation, so definitely call ahead. Also, tips are cash only.

Worse service I ever got getting my nails done. Was told they don’t do designs so went with plain nails. I see the paint brush lines and my nails are already chipping the shellac polish after 2 days. Acrylic nails

I didn’t have an appointment and had to wait just a short time. I got a chance to experience the atmosphere. It was very clean and professional. No nail salon smell. There were many repeat customers.People were all really friendly. Once at the Pedi station, it was super comfortable. The lighting was a bit dim over my seat which made it more relaxing. I got the deluxe package and in whole, my Pedi was about an hour. They prefer cash payment but I didn’t have cash. I paid with a debit and then did Venmo for a tip.
