Brian had taken such meticulous care in my acrylic nails and nail art. Truly a professional and friendly too. Happy that they were able to get my sister in law and I in on short notice. Very satisfied with outcome. Told him it was for my son’s wedding and showed him pic of what I wanted. He listened and did a beautiful job and took his time. Thank you Brian! Will definitely return.

I’ve been going to this nails and spa for years, along with my mother and my sister. We all 3 go to the same person every time, Tan Tan. He really knows how to do nails, he has talent. You could show him the most complex nail design and he’d do better than ur reference photo. I get coffin nails and he kills it every time. Aside from Tan Tan being talented, everyone that works there is always very welcoming when you walk in and treat you kind. It’s always a good vibe. Not to mention I called 30 min before they took me in last minute. Very flexible and it’s much appreciated. Figured they deserve some recognition for their hard work.

I like to go to this salon, they are very nice and friendly. All of them are really good doing the nails. Brian is very professional, he works fast and neat. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did better in my opinion. Also Kayla is very nice and she does a great job too. I recommend this salon.

Its so hard to find good nail salon but I found it @Studio. I had wonderful experience with professional nail tech- finally I’ve found the best. Nancy did amazing job with my nails, looks beautiful. Until I relocate to Cape- I will make the 2.1/2 hours round trip to have her do my nails again. Thanks Nancy.

I just had a terrible first experience at Studio Spa. My pedicure was nice, but I also had a manicure and they hurried me out of the salon without letting my nails dry. With soaking wet nails, they expected me to put my own shoes in my bag and grab my keys at the bottom; It was as if they were so inconvenienced when I asked for help. I should have asked to sit and dry. They close at 5PM and we were done at 4:22PM. “Be careful if your nails” he said to me and he scurried me out the door. As soon as I got in the car, my nails smudged from my purse. I waddled back to the door in hopes they would fix them, but they left the salon and the lights were off (it was now 4:40 and they are supposed to be open until 5:00). I slipped and fell in the parking lot because I was still wearing the provided pedicure sandals because my hands were wet! I felt disregarded and I will never return to Studio Spa in Cape Coral.

Critical: Quality, ValueIf I could give this place zero stars I would. I just got my nails done on Sunday afternoon because nowhere else was open that I would like to have gone to. My nails were done by Lee well it is already two days later and I wake up this morning to see that my nails on both hands are lifting. Based off my experience with getting my nails done and knowing people in the business when this happens earlier than normal it’s because they allow air pockets to get inside of the acrylic while placing the acrylic on your nail so their techniques on how to lay acrylic and what they’re doing is completely wrong. I called to let them know what happened and that I would like to have a refund on just my hands( EVEN THOUGH I got my toes done!!) and they kept interrupting me on the phone and telling me that they’re not going to give me a refund I told them I was not comfortable with them redoing my set because they will lift again based off of the way he does nails. They continue to tell me that they will fix them for free and not give me a refund and they don’t understand why my nails lifted so early I tried explaining it to them and they wouldn’t listen to me so I will never go back to this place again!! He said to come in at 11 o’clock today and that he will have lee fix my nails are free and then I I said no worries and he hung up on my face?!? I had the worst service, my girl was rude and impersonal. My feet did not feel much better after having the service done. I paid for the deluxe pedi, I asked if she even put lotion on my feet after she was finished and she proceeded to put lotion on my legs. My feet felt dry and tight, I will never go back there again. She did not take her time to give me a good pedi. My 4 year old would do a better job! Very disappointed in the service.

First time ever coming here. Came with my daughter on a Sunday around 4 pm. They do close at 5, however, we experienced wonderful service and weren’t rushed at all. Chen did my nails and he did an amazing job! Needless to say, we will be returning!
