This salon is amazing. I’ve gone 3 times now and it’s the best place to go. It’s perfect and the workers are so nice. I have anxiety in public and they will talk if you like but I just get my nails done. They are absolutely the best people 10/10 will only go here!! Acrylic nails

Got a gel manicure and pedicure and quality of work was decent. As other reviewers mentioned, they are slow. It took 2-1/2 hours with no one else in the shop. I was also charged an additional $25 to take off the old polish (which took less than 3 mins), making the mani/pedi $115! Should have read the reviews first…it looks like there is always some $25 upcharge for some made-up reason. Redmond Town Center needs a better nail salon!

The folks at Studio Nails have always taken good care of me. I get pedicures here and they have nice massaging chairs. There used to be a lady that worked here that while nice talked too much and she is no longer here. The current staff go out of their way to make me a happy customer.

Critical: ValueVery expensive for poor quality. I got shellac and it started peeling after 8 days. They did an acrylic nail on one of my fingers because it was broken, and the acrylic was uneven and looked like it had grown out for 2 weeks. Then, it came off after 6 days. So I had to repaint it myself. The shellac didn’t touch my cuticles so both hands look like they’ve been growing out for weeks. You could see brush strokes and bubbles on my fingers too. They charge so much. Shellac manicure and pedicure was $140. I will not be returning to this place. What saved them from a one-star rating was that they were very kind and the foot massage was good, but not good enough for me to return.Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, ManicureVery expensive for poor quality. Extremely slow to do nails and end result was smudged polish (multiple nails) from the nail technician and rough tips. For $70.00 I expected high quality from this establishment. I will never use this place again. Pedicure, Manicure

DO NOT GO. Overpriced, bad quality, rude. We were in from out of town and tried to get nails done. Ladies were rude, Service was slow and tried to charge me for taking off polish. No thanks. Research more and find a better place next time…thumbs double down.

We stopped in a couple of days after Christmas – three teenagers and a tired mom, looking to get new acrylics for the girls. Not only were they able to take us as walk-ins, but they also got all three girls started at the same time, and rotated technicians to keep everything moving along! One of the technicians suggested I get a pedicure while I was waiting (I didn’t realize that acrylics take 30+ minutes) and I’m so glad I did. They have great massage chairs, and the technicians (particularly the one helping me) were friendly and efficient. They let us take pictures of the nails when they were done and were all-around one of the nicest nail bar experiences I’ve ever had.

Highly recommend! The workers are very knowledgeable and honest. They will give you recommendations about whether to get shellac/dip/acrylic based on your nails and needs. I witnessed a woman come in asking to have another salon’s work fixed and the people at Studio explained why they can’t touch up other’s work and gave her good advice – so professional! The place is also very clean. Might be slightly more expensive than other salons but worth it.
