First and last time I’ll be coming. I went yesterday with my best friend. I should’ve said something the lady ended up giving me a cut on the side of my finger. Got a shellac pedi & shellac on my fingernails. In the middle of getting my nails done another lady walks in & request a color from the brand that I picked out. Her nail tech says the brand is no good & shows her a similar color from OPI. If the brand is no good why does the salon carry it? Two days later after spending $92 with tip two of my nails have already chipped. Extremely disappointed.

Went in to get my nails done was quoted $35 however they charged me over 75 (they couldn’t understand English really well I guess anywhere ya go to they can’t) then on top of that is there a neglecting and refusing to give me my debit card that I left there I won’t be back and paying $75 for nails that won’t last night that I have to get redone not worth it go somewhere else

I went to this salon based on the positive reviews. I was happy that the salon took me in as a walk in; but was not happy with the final outcome / appearance. Although the gel polish looked nice, it was too thin. The tech would dip the brush in the polish bottle and cover 4 fingers, then dip & do the thumb and then started on the next hand without adding more polish. I expressed my concern about the coverage and requested a third coat. He didn’t seem to understand English and continued with the clear coat. I will not go back.

Critical: QualityThe staff were passive aggressively nice; I got a basic manicure and the nail tech was nice and tried to make small talk but the problem came when she kept picking up my hand and throwing it because it wasn’t relaxed enough for her. She asked me to relax me hand and I did and when she asked a couple more times I said this is how relaxed my hand may get I’m sorry if I’m tensing up I’m not trying to do it on purpose. She kept getting frustrated and grunting upset while doing my nails making me feel bad. The staff were passive aggressively nice; I got a basic manicure and the nail tech was nice and tried to make small talk but the problem came when she kept picking up my hand and throwing it because it wasn’t relaxed enough for her. I have visited this establishment several times. Everyone who worked on my nails did a great job. Today, I was greeted when I walked in with a smile. Michelle worked on my nails. My nails are weak; the skin on my hands and feet tends to split and dry out. She did a beautiful job. My nails look great. I got the deluxe pedicure, and it was wonderful. 🙂

Went in as a walk-in the other day and was seated immediately for my shellac pedicure. The woman who did my toes was named Michelle. She was very sweet and upselled me with the “deluxe pedicure” that was about $5 more and very much worth it!

Really nice staff. Clean salon and lovely smelling products. My shellac nails didn’t make it one week without chipping. Other places I have visited usually last 2-3 weeks.

My mom, daughter, and myself wanted to get pedicures and gel nails to go out for my birthday. I called the day before to confirm their hours and the day of to let them know we were on the way to arrive at 6:30. Even though I specifically told them what we wanted on the phone, after driving 30 minutes and paying for parking, we were told they were too busy to do the nails, we could only get pedicures. Will never go back here. Too bad, their work was pretty good.
