I have used this place for months, but today I was beyond disappointed. Honestly, I walked out completely disgusted with it. Typically I get a simple paint and fill in to the acrylic on my natural nails, but I took in a photo of what I wanted done special for the holidays. I understand there is a language barrier, but pictures are universal right?? WRONG. I ask for grey fade-away to white (like a snowy evening) I got a color that changes from one to the other with temperature! It looks nothing like I wanted. I tried to tell them it was wrong, and instead they argued that it would have been a different type of color and work and we can do it tomorrow if I want. I never told them to do this, yet I have to pay for two different visits because they didn’t want to do it how I ask? No Thank You! Not going back. Needless to say if you are doing a simple color they can do it. Any pretty work, find someone else… For reference the first picture is what I wanted, the others are what I got…

First and last time all of it was horrible paid $110.00 and gave them a $5 tip left out the shop and looked at my nails in the sun and went back and had them to remove them. When I started going I loved it but as I continue to go the prices went up from $55 for acrylic dip powder to $65. I understand if your product prices goes up but you should advertise the correct price.
