Not sure who did those black nails but it more definitely was not Cindy my nail tech. She is terrific and takes pride in her work regardless if it’s her style they are done well. I have never lost one nail never in the many year I have been going. I can only recommend someone I get service from go see Cindy. These are a week almost two old done well. No lifting

They were extremely rude. The person that did my pedicure was watching a movie on her phone the entire time, then she starts talking about my feet and to the other employees. She told me I was crazy that French was difficult for her to do because “I had no nails.” And for the visit to the first time my friends/family and I to go, we are not impressed.

I went in this past Friday to get a fill in and to get gel polish on my nails. Got them done that Friday, got in the shower my gel matte polish peels off because it wasn’t dry. Went back in that Saturday Morning to get it fixed, same thing happened again once I got out the shower. Called that Sunday, they were closed. So by that time I’m like I am not going to keep going back to get the same results. Went to someone else to correct the mistake they made. Called all Day Monday, couldn’t get anyone. Called today, spoke with Melissa which had an nasty attitude. Told her about my situation proceeded to get my money back and she denied me because she says I should have come back to them. But I didn’t feel the need to keep coming back getting the same results. She’s not a good business woman and I will never used this establishment again.

He is BEST in Dothan. Pleasant, professional, takes great care, very clean , great personality and treats all his customers the same. Melissa also is very good and takes great care with diabetics and their needs. She was so patient with my husband, George since he is a diabetic. She worked on his feet over two hours since he also a fungus due to his diabetes. She tries very hard to please her customers and greets everyone with a smile. Went here because I was short on time and my regular salon was across town. Never again will I go here. First off it was a very unprofessional atmosphere. Second these girls apparently did not have certification to be doing this as there wasn’t a certificate or license posted anywhere for them. The girl who did mine had no idea what she was doing. I was even telling her the whole time that she was doing it wrong or missing songs. Her response was that they do things differently because “they don’t care about the money”. Not sure what that means because she did horrible! My nails looked like my 10 year old did them. By the next day they were all chipping. Absolutely horrible experience. The only good thing was the girl was nice. Other than that it was horrible and I will never refer anyone there.
