Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday was my second time at Studio nails and I will never go to another salon! I’ve been to so many different nail salons just trying to find a place I loved and this is it. I’ve never seen anyone take such care when doing nails and giving a pedicure. Both women who work here are absolutely amazing and extremely friendly which just makes the experience that much better. Today was my second time at Studio nails and I will never go to another salon! I’ve been to so many different nail salons just trying to find a place I loved and this is it. I’ve never seen anyone take such care when doing nails and giving a pedicure. Both women who work here are absolutely amazing and extremely friendly which just makes the experience that much better. Give them a try, you’ll never go anywhere else again!

I searched for years to find a salon that CONSISTENTLY provided gel set manicures that would last, even when I’m gardening/landscaping without gloves. I always get compliments on my nails, even almost 3 weeks later. Not only is she a perfectionist, but she is also fast. I appreciate that she manages to always exceed my expectations and I never feel like I am losing time in my day because I am getting my nails done. Nga is warm and friendly. Her salon is immaculate and comfortable. I searched for years to find a salon that CONSISTENTLY provided gel set manicures that would last, even when I’m gardening/landscaping without gloves. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI didn’t have an appointment so I went in and asked if they would be able to accept walk ins and do my nails. They didn’t have anyone in the salon but one other person and one of the ladies said she would take me but then another woman came from the back room and started belittling me and refused service because I didn’t have an appointment. I have bladder issues and asked if I could at least use the restroom and she continued to be completely unprofessional and rude & denied me access to the restroom. I didn’t have an appointment so I went in and asked if they would be able to accept walk ins and do my nails. They didn’t have anyone in the salon but one other person and one of the ladies said she would take me but then another woman came from the back room and started belittling me and refused service because I didn’t have an appointment.
