Make an appointment with Jeffery TODAY, it will be the best decision you ever made, really! I sat in Jeffrey’s chair today. I, like you, have sat too many times before a well intentioned designer, only to, stand up and think, “maybe it’s the lighting, it will look better after a wash, maybe I didn’t communicate well enough….” and pay my bill . I called last minute and they were able to shuffle things around and get me into a salon chair less than 2 hours later. I had the pleasure of meeting Micheal for my haircut. I walked in with a ponytail and a vague idea of a short cut I had in mind. Micheal was inspired by the few pictures I showed him and went to town. My unruly mane is now a cute curly whimsical bob. Highly recommended, thank you for the excellent service!

It’s been a while that I haven’t gone to Studio M and it was the only hair salon I used to like. After going back again it seems their prices are now overpriced for what they did for my hair. There was one guy I spoke too over the phone he works at the front desk. I didn’t get his name but has blue hair and wears eye glasses I was over charged and spoke to him asking him why I got over charged? And he was so rude over the phone talking over me while I was talking to him to try to figure out why I was getting that extra charge, which they charged me for when I wasn’t even aware of it. He has no customer service skills, no professionalism, and getting annoyed with me, because I was upset the fact that they didn’t communicate that to me. For me to find out after I paid that I was overcharged isn’t okay!! I don’t know if I would go back there and it makes me sad, because I used to like Studio M and now I don’t know if I do anymore. After the experience I had there today.

I was really excited to find this salon so close to home. I’ve been to see Udo five times in three months and I’ve appreciated his sense of humor and attention to detail. I tip well, I show up on time and I’ve seen him for two haircuts, two foils and a Brazilian blowout.
